Welcome to A World Too Full To Talk About
Self-Improvement? Not so much.
Are you ready to take a joyful and meandering journey that only leads right back to where you started?
Excited to read lots of colorful words that feebly attempt to express something that cannot be conveyed with words?
Want to leap into the fantastic pointlessness of existence and feel the full display of your own human radiance shining with it?
Ready to laugh at the sheer folly of having taken yourself so seriously for so long?
If you said yes to any of these, then come inside.
Let’s dive deeper into a true and lasting satisfaction that comes when you simply engage with life on life’s terms.
No magic, no fancy tricks, no arduous work.
Matt will not help you achieve ripped abs or a tight butt.
He won’t get you into that Lamborghini.
He won’t spin your life into a fairytale of wealth, romance, and private jets.
He won’t try to calm your mind or make you happy.
He emphatically will not lead you to any lasting state of permanent bliss.

Whatever your reality is handing you- Matt wants to help you open up your hands to receive it.
Nothing more.
What you do from there is up to you.
Let’s ride…
About Matt
(The yoga teacher)
Matt Kapinus is an unabashed slacker of the highest order and should not be giving any advice on how to crush your goals, live your dreams, or achieve greatness. He has somehow managed to get by in life doing as little as possible and does not want to be misconstrued as a model of financial success and entrepreneurship. On the road to riches, Matt will be the guy on the sidelines sitting in a lawn chair, drinking a kombucha, waving as you run past. If you stop to talk to him, you might hear him softly say with a chuckle, "You really don't have to do any of this."
That might not be the message you want.

Matt finds peace and beauty in the ordinary moments of his day and has very little desire to chase the fleeting thrills or markers of success that seem valued in today’s world. He likes warm rooms in the colder months, and cold creeks in the hot ones.

He has been teaching yoga classes for over 16 years in Boulder, Colorado where he lives and plays.

Wait, he's a deejay too?!
That's right! Matt has been slaying crowds on the ones and twos for almost as long as he has been slinging chataurangas. With almost five decades of passionate music consumption in his biography, Matt knows what makes crowds of all ages move and is ready to throw down at your special event. This has nothing to do with his blog page here but he wants you to know that when you need a seasoned party DJ to serve up tunes at your wedding, bar mitvah, or back-yard barbecue, he's ready, willing, and able to bring out his whole block-rockin' soundsystem and disturb the peace for your friends and family. Just ask!
